At Paws & Peace, we know how much your pet means to you. That’s why we only provide individual cremations, ensuring your cherished companion is treated with dignity and respect. With an individual cremation, your pet is cremated alone, so you can be assured that the ashes you receive are exclusively theirs.

Your pet’s ashes are returned personally to you, at home or at your vet, at a time that suits.  You are also welcome to collect them from us. All Ashes will be ready within 48 hours.

A peaceful space for farewells

We understand that sometimes, a final moment together means everything. Our Reflections Room is a private, tranquil space created especially for families to spend time with their beloved pet and say goodbye in their own way. Whether you need just a few quiet minutes or more time for a gentle farewell, our team ensures you are undisturbed and fully supported.

  • Supportive, experienced staff available nearby, only if you want me


Choosing to use the Reflections Room is completely up to you and included with every individual cremation.

The Process: What to Expect

Contact Us

Reach out any time, even just to ask questions. We’re here, day and night. 

Collection

 We’ll gently collect your pet, either from your home or your veterinary practice. Collection is free of charge within a 30-mile radius and we cover Lancashire, Merseyside, Manchester & Cheshire. 

Reflections Room (Optional)

If you wish, you can spend time saying goodbye in our Reflections Room before the cremation. 

Individual Cremation

Your pet is cared for individually and cremated at our facility, with their identity carefully tracked. 

Personal Return

We’ll return your pet’s ashes to you within 48 hours, safely contained in a beautiful memorial urn or keepsake of your choice, or a Scatter Tube if you're unsure of the right option for now. This service is free of charge within a 30-mie radius, and we cover Lancashire, Merseyside, Manchester & Cheshire.

 Our care doesn’t stop there. We’re here if you need to talk or would like advice about memorial options.
