We can collect your pet from your home or veterinary practice, treating them with dignity and care from the very beginning. This service is available by appointment.

If you prefer to bring your pet to us directly, we welcome you to our peaceful, private Farewell Room — a calm space where you can spend precious time saying goodbye in your own way.

We also offer this facility to families whose pets have been collected by us, ensuring that every customer has the opportunity to say farewell in a quiet, meaningful setting.

Please note: all visits must be arranged in advance to ensure every family receives the time and privacy they deserve.

Take your time to explore our range of urns and keepsakes, each selected to offer a lasting tribute to the love and bond you shared. We're here to help you choose something that feels just right.

We understand how important it is to know what’s happening. If you'd like, we’ll stay in touch throughout the entire process — keeping you informed at each stage, always with sensitivity and care.

When everything is complete, we’ll return your pet’s ashes to you personally, or to your veterinary practice if you prefer. You’re also very welcome to collect them from us — whatever feels right for you.
